What is the difference between Copic Sketch and Copic Ciao markers?
Copic Sketch markers feature an oval body, hold more ink, and are available in all 358 colors. Copic Ciao markers have a round body, are more budget-friendly, and come in a select range of 180 colors, making them ideal for beginners.
Are Copic markers refillable?
Yes, all Copic markers are designed to be refillable. Using our Copic Ink bottles, you can easily top up your markers, making them a sustainable and cost-effective choice for long-term use.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your art supplies sooner.
What is your return policy for art supplies?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of professional art supplies, we cannot accept returns on markers that have been used or had their seals broken.
Can I replace the nibs if they become worn or damaged?
Absolutely. We sell a variety of replacement nibs, including Super Brush, Medium Broad, and Fine nibs. You can easily swap them out using a pair of Copic tweezers.
