Returns & Exchanges

At COPIC® Markers, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade art tools and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of artist supplies, ink refills and individual markers must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your markers in their original protective casing and a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to the nibs or barrels during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies that the products are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
